This special workshop is an opportunity to learn and experience the higher purpose behind all 8 stages of the practice – the science, the psychology and the physiology. Begin to understand why you can feel more tired after sleep, but more rested after Yoga Nidra.
Deepen your knowledge of how the practice facilitates conscious relaxation and balance on physical, mental and emotional levels. A portion of the workshop includes guidance and meditation practice in formulating a sankalpa (short statement of your aim/goal in life) and different options and types of the sankalpa.
