Come lie down, settle into your soul, deeply relax and calm your entire nervous system.

Experience the science of Yoga Nidra, translated as yogic sleep, which is a powerful, ancient, guided meditation technique that will take you into the deepest levels of relaxation. This practice allows the body to fully rest while the mind stays inwardly alert. It’s often discussed as the state between sleep and waking, and it is said that forty minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to hours of deep sleep.

The practitioner simply rests comfortably, lying still on the floor in Savasana (corpse pose), and is systematically guided through stages of a body scan, breath awareness, and visualization that release physical, mental, and emotional tension, leading to less stress and better overall health.

In this state, while the body is completely relaxed, we will also harness this ancient technique as a spiritual process where you clarify your purpose or your Sankalpa (your heart’s deepest longing) and declare a life affirmation that seeps into your being on a subconscious level, creating new neural pathways that can lead to healthy habits.
