A 2.5 hour masterclass that is designed to help release tension & stress from the body.
A restorative workshop designed to release tight connective tissue that surrounds muscles, organs & joints. Tightness & pain in the body can develop from a number of factors including, stress, illness , post operative scar tissue, injuries, intense training & postural imbalances. This can all result in acute or chronic back & joint pain.
We will use foam rollers, chi balls & soft massage balls to help release & stretch tight, stiff muscles and tissue. Release the strain & ease the pain with a specific trigger point pilates sequence followed by gentle yoga postures & breathing techniques to restore & bring balance to the body & mind.
This class is for anyone who is experiencing back pain , tight, sore and stiff achey muscles & joints &tension headaches.
You will leave feeling relaxed, restored & rejuvenated.
