RELEASE WITH FASCIALIZATION & YOGALIZATION

RETREAT IN GREECE

SELF REALIZATION THRU FASCIAL RELEASE & YOGA

Return to Agape (LOVE) and ROI (FLOW)

Greece and Greek Philosophy were the origins of AGAPE, the unconditionally loving of self as the creator loves us, and ZOE, the celebration of life. These two foundational beliefs embody the spirit of what life was meant to be.

We have decided to join forces of Yoga and Fascia in an region of the world where the energy of Greek traditions bring alive the magic of YOGALIZATION - which incorporates FASCIAL Release in Yoga Postures. Fascia is the largest organ of the body and it is the butterfly net that holds the diary of our life experiences, this lifetime and past lives. Fascial release in Yoga postures enables you to release your transfixed patterns which hold onto negative energy of past emotional, spiritual and physical trauma.

We will spend 5 days teaching you how to facilitate with your hands and your heart to release fascia on others and yourself, as well as incorporating yoga postures for self release. It is through yoga where the fascia is placed in an elongated fashion to release blocks of stagnated energy and it releases all energies that are not of love. Our intention with this work is to RETURN TO OUR BIRTH original essence.

Come to the beautiful isles of Peloponnese, Greece, where my family roots are from and heal your heart mind and spirit. Enjoy 6 beautiful days at a beachside 5-star hotel where I will be teaching 3 hours each morning for 5 days that will shift your entire consciousness. Spend the early afternoon on the beach in the sun, swimming in the pool or taking short excursions around the area to learn the deep history of Greek civilization.

We invite you to celebrate all of who you are. As ancient philosopher Socrates said, "Know thyself, Be thyself, Love thyself." In this workshop, you will uncover more of your true is with an open heart and mind that I invite everyone to move beyond their perceived limits, into their own AGAPE and ROI.

We have designed this workshop to be accessible to all passionate practitioners -- yoga teachers - yoga therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, reiki practitioners, athletic trainers, osteopathic practitioners, chiropractors, and ENERGY MEDICINE PRACTITIONERS and anyone that wants to take their personal practice to deeper physical, emotional and spiritual levels.
