Release your inner Goddess. Yoga- Bellydance workshop
Join us for having fun with captivating dance moves and calming yoga sequence. Enjoying moving your body and learning new. Beginners welcome.
Minna will begin the workshop by Hatha Yoga. Movements are slow and attention will be made to the safe alignment and awareness of our body; this helps our body to flow and be more relaxed on Bellydance section.

In this workshop, we will be learning shimmies and Kay will introduce layering. On layering technique we work with shimmies and add simple movements on top of it.
There will also be opportunity to revisit some of the moves from previous workshops before ending with an elegant flowing choreography. Kay will tie everything up to a enjoyable choreograph which we will learn in second half of the Dance lesson.
At the end of the workshop, Minna will lead a cooling down and calming session using the Yin style of Yoga. In Yin style we stay in each pose a bit longer than normal allow us to sink in and relax into each pose and continuing our day with refreshed and rejuvenated.
