From bracing against the cold to "shouldering" stressful situations, our head, neck and shoulders bear quite a bit of responsibility. This often leaves us feeling pressure and discomfort in this region. We will start by rolling and deep fascial release of the head and neck. After decrompresing this area we will move into a heart opening yoga practice with a sublime restorative finish. You'll leave with a newly opened heart-space and more ease and balance in the head and neck.
