Module one:- 5th April - 19th April 20145
On this module student teachers will look at the physical aspect of yoga – the asana practice. There will be plenty of yoga practice during this module plus time to study each asana in great depth. Each asana will be broken down so that student teachers are clear on how to teach each these. There will be a lot of attention and time taken over the anatomy and physiology of the body in order to better understand each asana. There will also be be time on this module to look at pranayama yoga which is one of the other limbs of yoga.

Module two:- 25th October - 1st November 2015
Student teachers will look at what it takes to become a yoga teacher but not just any yoga teacher – a teacher with a wealth of knowledge about their craft. This module looks at how to teach all abilities and adapt the teaching style in order to suit each ability. This is where student teachers will look at; creating class plans, modifications, contraindications and finally progressions.
