Type of Event
Yoga before breakfast and dinner, with the rest of the day free to explore, walk, swim, rest, read.
Vegetarian home grown meals included.
Inspired by the teachings of John Stirk, TKV Desikachar and organic movement, the sessions will focus on releasing tension in order to feel and sense the body deeply and from this awareness the work gains strength. We will be exploring the physical as well as using sound and pranayama ( breathing techniques).
