The aim of this workshop is to provide yogic techniques which help us to unwind and release tension and holding in the body, providing a natural ease and flow into our lives. We will release the control and struggle in our body and mind via yoga nidra, gentle yoga postures and restorative poses, breathing/pranayama and massage. This 3 hour workshop will be like a mini-retreat - time to step out of our busy worlds and routine, and dive into the spacious, nourishing and peaceful home of our soul.
