Restorative / Scaravelli Inspired 8 Week Introductory Course
Introductory Course accessible for all, which aims to be gentle, fun and relaxing yoga for everyone. Ideal if you are interested in learning about a yoga tradition inspired by Vanda Scaravelli.

Somatic exploration of movement with a focus on releasing unhelpful patterns in the body. Develop your ability to tune into what your body truly needs in the present moment.
Gentle, fun and relaxing yoga for everyone. You are welcome even if you feel too ‘un-stretchy’ for yoga.
For people who are interested in exploring different yoga traditions, this is an ideal introductory course for anyone who is interested in developing an understanding of the tradition unfolding from the work of Vanda Scaravelli and others who are developing yoga practices based on developing interoception and somatics.
