Traditionally a yoga class or personal practice session begins with active poses followed by a brief restorative pose. This workshop will place the entire focus of practice on restorative poses. By supporting the body with props we alternatively stimulate and relax the body to move toward balance. Some poses have an overall benefit. Others target an individual part such as the lungs or the heart. All will create a completely supportive environment for total relaxation.
