Restorative Yoga Nidra
A 1hr session of seriously deep relaxation. Becky will spend time making sure each student is comfortable with eye pillows, blankets and bolsters before guiding the class through a deeply restorative yoga nidra.
Type of Event
Yoga Nidra "yogic sleep" is an ancient Indian tradition. The body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes increasingly aware of the 'inner body'. It has been found to reduce tension and anxiety.
Yoga nidra can have tremendous therapeutic benefits. It can be helpful, for example, in the relief of pain; the encouragement of positive sleep; in the support of fertility, and in recovery from surgery and illness.
