This special workshop is designed to help reduce stress and calm the body and mind for deep relaxation. We will begin with supportive yoga postures that will allow you to unwind, release tension, and move inward, all while honoring what your body needs. The second portion of the workshop involves a form of guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, which will take your mind and body into a deep state of relaxation.
Yoga Nidra is a transformative practice that releases negative emotions and thought patterns, calms the nervous system and revitalizes the immune system, leading to a deep inner peace and healing. For beginning and experienced students alike, this workshop is inclusive and open to anyone. No previous yoga or meditation experience necessary.
