RESTORE, REJUVENATE,REPLENISH: A JIVAMUKTI YOGA WORKSHOP
We spend much of our week getting things done. Restorative yoga is designed to give you an opportunity to relax, settle into your own body, and shift into "being" mode.
The restorative practice is to cultivate the ability to LET GO.
Type of Event
The workshop will be slow-paced, allowing the muscles to release tension and stress. The restorative practice calms the mind and nervous system, boosts the immune system, enables you to turn inward, and to focus on the breath. It is especially useful when you need to relieve fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities. We will be together in Satsang, the practice of like-minded individuals coming together to elevate our practices.
