Whether you need to slow down or simply tune into your body, this gentle and adaptive workshop is essential for well-being! With the practice of modifying and the use of props, the postures become simple, accessible, and delicious for all bodies.
In this workshop, we’ll take a journey through:
-postures to rebalance and replenish your mind, body, and nervous system
-restoring ease to the adrenals and balance out fight or flight responses
-elevating and stabilizing your mood
-building an introspective relationship with your senses as you experience movement
-Using sound and mantra for healing
