All postures are supported with blankets & bolsters encouraging a state of deep relaxation and focusing on releasing layers of tension from the body, soothing the nervous system, and calming the mind. Restorative yoga has many benefits including; lower blood pressure, less anxiety, supple joints & bones, improved immune & endocrine systems and a general sense of wellbeing.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese system of hands-on healing, which can correct imbalances in the body's energy flow and soothe the nervous system.
