It's more than just "Kegels!"
--Pelvic floor issues can be related to jaw/neck/shoulder pain, as well as low back and sacral pain.
--Hormonal changes may affect your pain and urinary issues. Think stress hormones!
--Nutritional suggestions can actually affect your hormones and thus your pain and urinary issues.
Type of Event
If you experience pelvic pain, incontinence or overactive bladder syndrome, this workshop is for you. Come learn some easy tips to work on your literal "foundation."
Topics will include (not exhaustive):
-Pelvic Floor Anatomy: Using a female anatomical model
-Urinary stress and urge incontinence--Do you leak while exercising or sneezing? Or leaking while heading to the bathroom?
-Urinary frequency--Always looking for the bathroom? Or dehydrating so you don't have to go?
-Pelvic pain--Do you experience painful sex? Do you have pain with sitting?
-Exercises, breathing, posture and nutrition to help
You will also receive an "Anti-Inflammatory eBook" that I have put together for clients. As well, as handouts with workshop materials.
