Retrain Your Back Pain® is an easy-to-understand program to get you moving (and/or get your clients moving) again safely.

In this workshop you will:

* Learn how to sit, stand, bend, walk, lift and sleep to reduce pain
* Gain a better understanding of the complexity of pain processing, with simple tips to change your pain signaling prowess
* Practice pain relief therapy ball techniques for home or office
* Recover lost mobility and dynamic stability
* Regain your confidence
* Go home with a recovery plan to put in to immediate practice
Yoga experience is not necessary. This workshop is appropriate for anyone with back pain and movement professionals who work with them.
