Instructors
Emily Lachaine
Emily gives workshops involving nature, since it is what inspires her and makes her discover the beauty of every day. Her work highlights the sacred bond between human and life. She specifically works with the clay sculpture and pastel drawing but she also finds pictorial and sculptural materials more raw and natural. This process leads her to work in the manner of land art. The ephemeral works are then created outdoors, photographed, and then continue to evolve on site at the discretion of time.

Roque Saenz
Originally from Chile, he is an agronomist specializing in organic farming, bio-dynamic, natural and agro-forestry. He organizes conferences, workshops, and seminars across South and Central America on all kinds of topics related to agricultural science and nature to help people take better care of themselves and mother earth.

His teachings of the sweat lodge were passed to him more than four years by his grandmother. Following further training and exchanges with other first nations groups via Chile Ecuador and Argentina, he transmits his turn in this medicine, where the wind guides him. He met Anna-Kim in a yoga festival in Chile 3 years ago, where he gave a few workshops and was leading a Temazcal, which brings him to Yoga in the Wood this summer.

Marie Chantal
In year 2000, she had her training for naturopath, massage therapist, reflexologist, and énergéticienne. She expanded her knowledge by training for body treatments such as body scrub, body wrap, and facial relaxation. She was a certified Usui Reiki Practitioner level 4. Couple of years later, she became Reiki practitioner Tummo (Kundalini) level 2.

She is also a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor International in 2010 and received her spiritual name "Nam Kamal Kaur" meaning "princess or lioness of God that flourishes and prospers in purity and excellence meditating on the name of God and feeling the presence of God in her heart."

Back in Quebec in 2014, she took part in Kundalini Yoga "Beyond addiction, the yogi path of recovery" where she accompanied people for a 16-week program to help and support on the path of liberation towards their addictions such as alcohol, cigarettes, gambling, anger, jealousy and many more.

Alexandrine Dumoulin
During her practice, she found the benefits of yoga in her life, and considers it as a powerful tool of transformation and self-discovery. Inhabited by the desire to share this personal growth, she undertook the academic training in Hatha and Ashtanga in 2014.

Anna Kim
Anna practices yoga for 4 years and she is certified as an instructor of Hatha yoga for a year. She will be sharing lessons about meditation and harmony in nature. For her, yoga is a way of life illuminated by a conscious level selected. Through study, and constant listening to oneself, and the universe around, it made her realize that the limits imposed to each of us begins with our own thoughts.
