Retreat in the UK Countryside: Summer Yoga and Meditation Retreat Snowdonia
Join us for a five-day yoga and meditation retreat over the summer bank holiday weekend. Relax, recharge and rejuvenate. Discover the benefits of classical yoga and meditation, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, young or old.
Type of Event
The retreat offers an opportunity to start or deepen your yoga practice, to connect to the practice of meditation and enjoy the transformative power of the yogic lifestyle amidst the spectacular scenery of Snowdonia national park.
The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres brought authentic yoga from India to the West 60 years ago. For us, it is more a way of life than a form of exercise. We’d be happy to share it with you over the summer bank holiday weekend.
