Take this weekend for yourself or enjoy making connections with others. It’s an opportunity to really unplug and refresh your heart, mind and spirit.
Weekend includes: accommodations, 4 yoga classes, guided Thai Massage session, meditation sessions and a beautiful time of community. Weekend meals are prepared and shared by each of us. Bring your favorite healthy, simple dinner or breakfast items. This is a technology and alcohol free weekend to enjoy nature and community.
Friday, October 21
• Arrive between 2-3pm to relax, read, swim and/or explore the waterfall

• Evening restorative yoga class
Saturday, October 22
Take one or both yoga sessions:
• Community/shared prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Enjoy rise and shine meditation
• Dynamic Yoga
• Free time to go for a nature walk, swim, read and dinner
• Afternoon Gentle Yoga class + Yoga Nidra (relaxation)
• Evening Thai Yoga Massage guided session
Sunday, October 23

A tranquil get-away just outside the tiny town of Serendah, up the hill past Orang Asli villages and before you reach a lovely waterfall, turn off the beaten path and into the jungle. The accommodations are simple and architecturally modern. Think of "glamping" (glamorous camping) with showers, a kitchen, indoor toilets, comfy beds… all open to nature. Combination of twin / shared double beds. Once we have our final group, we will send out an email with directions and carpooling info.
Carpooling from ISKL available. There is also a taxi pick up service for RM80 for up to 4 people. Please arrive no later than 3pm on Friday, October 21.
Yoga & Restoration
Melissa will offer a restorative session the first evening. Saturday, will have a more vigorous practice, followed by a gentle practice in the afternoon, plus guided Thai Yoga Massage in the evening. Melissa believes in making Yoga accessible to every body. Modifications and variations will be offered to meet your body’s needs.
Please bring your favorite supper or breakfast dish to share and your favorite beverages (coffee/tea/etc.).
If there is a treat you cannot live without, please bring it.
What to Bring
Keep it simple: toiletries, bug spray, torch light, sunscreen, swim suit, towel (for swimming), walking shoes, yoga mat and any props, a blanket if you get chilly at night, dishes to share for one main meal (either lunch or dinner on Saturday) and something for a light shared breakfast, book or hobby that relaxes you, your journal and pen, and an open heart.
