Full Description

In this 4 day retreat, Sanjeev will lead us, through different techniques of Antastha Yoga. We will take our time to discover, ponder and answer what we really aspire and want to ourselves.

In Can Xicarró we have the wonderful opportunity to pause, admire, introspect and learn what is it that we really want, what makes us truly happy and sets us free, to welcome all good things in life and to invite ourselves to enjoy them. In the end, we will be turning our minds from the “outside” to the “inside”, starting a process of deep introspection to realize our basic essence: what Moksha - spiritual liberation - is all about.

Classes and lectures will be held in english, please let us know in case you may need translation help.
Feel free to bring your own mat and / or meditation cushion (there will be mats and cushions available for those who do not bring their own).
