Rock n Roll Your Core: Sensitivity Training for the Diaphragm & Psoas

What to Expect!
Stretch, strengthen and neutralize your core, turning tense/weak muscles into strong/fluid tissues. Bring awareness to areas with "sensory amnesia" as you rock n roll your torso over a therapy ball.
There’s more to breathing than the lungs!
* Breathe more easily and powerfully by letting go of unconscious breathing patterns and muscle tightness.
* Massage the thoracic diaphragm and abdominal contents to stimulate the enteric nervous system (or gut brain), releasing serotonin, and awakening neurotransmitters for a chemical communication party between belly brain and gut brain.
There’s more to your core than six-pack abs!
* Release and re-hydrate the psoas, an often fatigued muscle.
* Return the psoas to its organic functioning by unravelling physical and emotional holding.
