Type of Event
- General Event
The class begin with the Sun Salutation based and rooted on Ashtanga Yoga but be ready for some fun and funky variation to challenge the balance and strength and warm up the joints. Some intro to arm balancing will be added to the sun salute. Then continuing with standing sequence focus on legs, shoulders and abdominals. After that it's the seated sequence focus in back bending, more arm balancing and inversions, hip opening and core drills. Then cool off with finishing sequence.
