Foam Rollers are used to soften, stretch and re-align the muscles in these areas in order to relieve tension, promote recovery and prepare the body for additional training. Tennis balls can relieve trigger points.
Learn how to use a foam roller to reduce tightness and increase flexibility, and great core strengthening exercises to use at home. Using a foam roller and tennis ball offers many of the same benefits as massage, and best of all, you can learn to use one on your own any time you like!
