Great for beginners or those who are returning to yoga and need a refresher. References to the astounding benefits of yoga are everywhere these days. So what’s all the buzz about? Find out for yourself in this fun and informative series of 5 classes held at KNM Fitness Solutions - 640 E. Matthews Mint Hill Rd., Matthews, NC 28105. Cost is $55 for all 5 classes.
You will learn basic breathing techniques (to relax, restore and energize) and basic yoga postures (to challenge and transform your body). Alternative, safe and effective versions of all postures will be discussed, allowing even beginners to move with safety, ease and awareness. You will complete the series with new confidence to continue your yoga practice and participate in regular yoga classes! Wear ‘fitted but not tight’ clothing that you can move in comfortably. Mats and props are available, but please bring your own if you have one. 1 makeup session is available if you are not able to attend a class.
