Ropes Course Level 1
This course will introduce the student to working with the ropes! Using the rope wall to support ourselves in all types of asanas (poses) including standing poses, forward bends, backbends and inversions. This course is suitable for Level 1 students with some knowledge of Iyengar Yoga.
