Yoga & Personal Development Workshop
Saturday August 2nd 2014 - Hard Candy Gym - 12pm > 2:30pm
Members $60 - Non gym members $95
Join Michelle Rose, creator of Rose Yoga personal development for a fun and informative afternoon of creative yoga and self-investigation.
Enjoy an hour of Rose Yoga which is a challenging and fun yoga style that shapes the body and connects you with your breath and inner body, through 3 stages: Connect, Evolve and Restore.
You will then be taken through the easy to use 4 step system ‘Review, Rebalance, Replace and Results’, which Michelle has created for herself and her clients that allows you to target any area of your life and remove blocks to your success.
This simple system will help you understand, remove and replace any interference that is holding you back, using the methods she has personally used & refined since late 2010 that have transformed her health, body, relationships, habits, career, finances and mindset.
The difference between Rose Yoga personal development and typical therapies or coaching styles is that most only address one side of the brain, the logical (left brain) or the emotional (right brain), which is why change is often only temporary. So in this workshop you will learn how to release the block from your left and right brain together so that the change is permanent, leaving you balanced and empowered to move from being stuck in confusion and frustration into awareness and change.
