Yoga Vimoksha offers a 01 month, 200-hour yoga teacher training certification at our Yoga School location at Mollem forest, near the Dudhsagar waterfalls, Goa, India . All of our teacher trainings are based in the Ashtanga Yoga system, a classical yoga practice. We follow Sivananda Hatha Yoga style and the Iyengar style as well.

We believe yoga instructors should be knowledgeable about prominent contemporary styles of yoga and for that reason, all of our trainings also explore and teach other styles as complementary to the Ashtanga method like Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Restorative /Yin Yoga,. Study of these methods ensures our program produces the most knowledgeable, well-rounded yoga instructors in the industry.
Yoga Vimoksha offers a 01 month intensive yoga teacher training certification program that produces the most knowledgeable and most highly trained instructors in the industry. Vimoksha Yoga students not only gain confidence and expertise to lead a variety of yoga classes but they learn how to promote their career and continue to grow as an instructor and life-long student of yoga. Students emerge as well-trained, highly knowledgeable yoga instructors both in practice and theory.
Students completing the course, receive a 200-Hour teacher-training certificate from Yoga Vimoksha. The Prices of the Course are Euro 1550 per person single ( Including private room accommodation and all satwik meals during the course) and Euro 1150 ( Sharing room with 1 other student and all satwik meals during the course)

Yoga Therapy: Lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, eyes, stress, weight reduction, diabetes, heart & hypertension, vertigo.
Method, principle, sequencing, adjusting, benefits and cautions of Yoga postures.
Pranayama (breathing techniques), Bandhas (Yogic locked) and Yogic Shatkarmas / Kriyaa (cleansing techniques).
Learning to teach yoga classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels students.
Anatomy, Physiology and physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga.
Basic Ayurveda, nutrition and the yogic diet.
Introduction of chakras, nadis & Mudras.
Mantra chanting and meditation.
Yoga philosophy (eight Limbs of Ashtanga-yoga) with Patanjali Yoga Sutra.
First Aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation).
The Yoga Training 200 Hrs taught in Vimoksha Yoga is divided into 7 parts. The 7 parts are:
Technique: includes the training and practicing of Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, Chanting, and Meditation.
Teaching: includes the training and teaching of demonstration, observation, assistance/correction, instruction, teaching styles, and learning about qualities of a yoga teacher and the student’s process of learning.
Anatomy and Physiology: includes the study of physical anatomy, the skeleton, organs and muscles, cardiovascular system, Pancha Kosha & nutrition.
Philosophy and Ethics: this part includes the study of yoga scriptures, ethics for yoga teachers, life of a yogi.
Practicum: In these hours, the students have to observe and assist classes lead by the main teacher and also teach by themselves.
Karma Yoga: the students have to help to run the Yoga-school. Includes office work, organization and public relations.
Self-practice: study of recommended books and participating in discussion and practice of all the above mentioned topics.
Objective of the course:
To let the students Reflect and Experience Yoga “A Way of Life” and not just merely practices to be done in some hours a day.
To motivate the students to become good Yoga Sadhaka (Practitioner) and start working on the path of Yoga that brings transformation and not simply a change and helps them to acquire a Sound Body, a Superior Mind and a Higher Spiritual Consciousness.
To prepare well trained Yoga teachers to teach Yoga to School students and young adults without any health problems.
To develop overall personality of the learners.
To motivate students to take up teaching YOGA as a profession.
The Candidate should be medically fit.
No prior knowledge or practice of Yoga is necessary.
A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. A sincere desire to learn and openness to the teachings of yoga is required.
Duration of the course:
The Course is designed over a period of 4weeks with 200 hours.
The Course will be conducted 5 ½ Days in a week from 6.30am to 6.00 pm.
The Course is with residential facilities.
The food provided will be Satwik and wholesome.
