Sajeeva Yoga teacher training immerses you in a deep practice for one month and equips you with the knowledge and skills to inspire and lead amazing classes. Our training will expand your horizons physically, mentally, and spiritually. Yoga is the science and art of self development and self-realisation. Sajeeva school specializes in Vinyasa based yoga while uncovering the entire science of the yogic system in all forms of practices. Ample time is also spent practicing and understand pranyama breathing practices and meditation.

You will learn and experience:
-Classic flows like surya namaskar and many other sequences for specific energy activation or opening the body
-Asana technique & alignment, cues, using props, assisting and adjustments
-Breathing practices for balancing and raising the energy capacity
-Concentration and meditation practices for relaxation, yoga nidra, star breathing, chakra breathing, harmonizing and healing, and awakening your intuitive senses
-The history and philosophy of Yoga from classical sources such as Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and Hatha Yoga Pradipika
-Powerful mantra chanting that enrich your practice and understanding
-Wellness and nutrition covering all aspects of your lifestyle from the scientific to the traditional wellness arts of Ayurveda and Taoism
-How to work with the environment and people energetically for creating more positive energy in your life and for those around
you
-Special activities to open up your mind that incorporate partner work, art and drawing, sensory deprivation, journaling, group discussion, acroyoga and more
-How to teach structured, mindful, knowledgeable and inspiring yoga classes incorporating all aspects of practice
-Business of being a yoga teacher, getting you on the right track for marketing, networking, event creation, and managing a yoga teaching career

Graduation: Friday, March 24th
Students fulfilling the hours and meeting the requirements will be certified by the Sajeeva Yoga School as Hatha Vinyasa teachers and be able to register with the US Yoga Alliance as 200 hour teachers, the RYT-200 designation which will give you credibility to work in studios all over the world.

Lead Teacher - George Anthony
George has been practicing Hatha and Vinyasa yoga since 2006 when he felt a calling towards a higher purpose in his life and reconnecting to the life energy within himself. After initiating practice on his own with some internet research and then classes in the he relocated to Thailand and became trained as a Vinyasa teacher. He has since worked in detox retreats, yoga studios(including 5 years at his certifying studio, Yoga Elements in Bangkok) at Yoga festivals, and for private clients all over South East Asia. His studies in Yoga are on-going and his practice and teaching methods constantly evolving through study with other master teachers and the classic yoga scriptures that point the way clearly towards realization and enlightenment. George has trained hundreds of teachers in Thailand. He is valued for his genuine approach to yoga, the clarity of his teachings, and attention to details which make his teacher training courses an unforgettable and enriching experience that will transform you and your life.

Assisstant Teacher - Alisa Suttiboon
Alisa has been practicing Hatha and Vinyasa yoga since 2011. Her compassionate caring nature shines through naturally and she shares her passion and experience openly in her classes. She has a genuine and deep connection that happens easily with all people. Alisa has certifications with One Star Anti Gravity Yoga and Vikasa Yoga teacher training 200 hours where she studied with George in 2013. She happily shares with her students in order to fulfill her dream of supporting others as they achieve greater peace, strength, awareness and mindfulness.

Yoga Anatomy Teacher - Michelle Lam
Michelle Lam is a physiotherapist and is one of the most sought out yoga anatomy teachers in south east asia. She has worked with George on countless courses and many other courses. She is also a yoga practitioner. She presents interactive workshops and lectures on the most important points of anatomy in yoga practice; injury prevention, creating balance in the body, and understanding how our bodies work. Everyone loves Michelle also for her unique sense of humor and wit. Her classes are surprisingly fun and refreshing, informative, and very easy to apply to your practice and teaching.
