Satsang - group meditation and chanting
Satsang is group practice consisting of 30 minutes silent meditation, 20 minutes chanting, a short spiritual reading and a light ceremony called arati.
This is followed by a light snack (usually kitcheri – a rice and lentil dish – or soup) and a chance to chat. It’s a great way to round off your weekend and get ready for Monday. All are welcome

Earlier in the day we are going to work together to weed and cultivate Sundari’s allotment space and mulch the beds so the soil is protected over winter. Enjoy some fresh air and exercise, some chat and becoming familiar with the land.
Viveka Gardens is a yoga farm in gestation, a retreat place where community and guests can ground themselves through yoga practices and growing, and so connect with their true self to embody peace and unity.
The allotment is a 10 minute walk from the yoga space in Clapham. Meet there from 11.30 and come back after for tea and cookies. Tools and gloves provided, but if you would like to bring your own gloves and secateurs especially, that will be really welcome.
