The Art of Asana I – October 19th – 21st, 2018

Learn basic poses with a strong focus on teaching, communication, modifications & safe alignment
How to safely & effectively sequence Hatha Yoga
Breaking down Surya Namaskar A & B
Teaching practicum

The Art of Asana II- November 16th – 18th, 2018

Learning how to flow with a strong focus on breath, teaching, communication, modifications & safe alignment
Ujjayi Breath; How to incorporate breath with movement
How to safely & effectively sequence Vinyasa Yoga

Physical Anatomy & Physiology – December 14th – 16th, 2018

Human physical anatomy and physiology (bodily systems, organs, etc.)

The Art of Asana III – March 22rd – 24th, 2019

Study of advanced poses, including arm balances, binds and inversions
Learn how to incorporate advanced poses into your classes in a safe and effective way

Meditation & Mindfulness – April 26th – 28th, 2019

An overview of mindfulness, conscious decision making and meditation and it’s many benefits

3 DAY YOGA RETREAT* Sanskrit, Mantras, Chanting & Kirtan – May 17th – 19th, 2019

*This is a mandatory weekend; meals and accommodations, and classes are included in your tuition fees.

Saturdays/Sundays 8:30 – 5pm

8:30 – 9am Meditation

9 – 10:30am Yoga Practice

10:30 – 12pm Teacher Training

12 – 1pm Lunch (bring a packed lunch or order in etc)

1 – 4pm Teacher Training/Small Group Work or Demonstrations

4 – 5pm Discussion/Quiz/Homework/Yoga Practice


Option 1: Early bird rate: $3000 = Deposit of $1000 upon enrollment, and $2000 due by August 15th, 2018

Option 2: $3100 = Deposit of $500 upon enrollment, and 2 equal payments of $1300 due Oct 15/18 + Feb/15/19

Option 3: $3300 = Deposit of $500 upon enrollment, and 6 equal payments of $466.67 due:
Oct 15/18 + Nov 15/18 + Feb 15/19 + Mar 15/19 + Apr 15/19 + May 15/19
