A great community class to develop your Asana, Pranayama and Shatkarma practices. Catering for all levels, we promote an alignment based, slow/conscientious approach to gaining control over your mind & body & developing strength and flexibility in proportion. We veer away from standardising postures offering a variety of options for you to explore.

Every Friday (all year round) at 18:15 except on the first Friday of every month when we host a Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) for the whole class.
This 75 minute session is a breath-centred, Hatha Flow practice, working with Yang muscle tissue to increase flexibility, joint and core strength, balance and restorative postures using the ancient Patanjali and Satyananda lineage approach to using Hatha Asanas, Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas to expand consciousness and liberate the bodies energy.
We end with a 10-15 minute yoga nidra or guided meditation relaxation, so you will go on about your week with a sense of well-being and joy.
We have mats, blankets and blocks should you need them but bringing your own mat or towel is encouraged.
