All inclusive girlfriends getaway yoga weekend. Two dinners and two breakfasts. Yoga classes Friday night, Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon and Sunday
Friday night yoga class (Holding on!) followed by a get to know each other happy hour and dinner. Saturday morning meditation (Who would you be if you let go?), am yoga class (Going with the flow), Saturday afternoon workshop on growing your lotus pose followed by a restorative practice (Letting Go) and dinner on Saturday night. Sunday morning meditation (What's stopping you from letting go?) followed by a yoga class (Sweet Surrender)and breakfast.
All inclusive. There is some free time early Saturday afternoon to explore beautiful, Victorian Cape May.
