Join others during this 'high noon' to cool down while increasing vitality and assist in helping relieve a painful back and neck. Mindful Restorative Chair assisted Yoga, breathing, meditation and education. Holding poses releases deep muscles, breathing brings oxygen to muscles and brain increasing circulation and vitality, mindful meditation reduces stress.
