Second Magical Yoga Weekend in Cadzand in September (9-10-11)

Because the first Yogaweekend Cadzand in May was quickly fullbooked, we will organize a second Yoga Weekend Cadzand (seaside) in september. This gives people, who couldn't get a place in the first weekend in May, the chance to still have this relaxing yoga experience in September.

Come and join me for an energizing Yoga Weekend on the beautiful seaside of Cadzand. Treat yourself with a weekend!

During those days, we will be practicing Yoga every day. This weekend of intensive yoga will teach you how to understand the body and mind, how to connect with the postures, how to calm down your mind, how to connect with the sounds, how to breathe and the importance of it. If you have never tried yoga before, don’t worry –you will be guided trough it!

The Yogaweekend will take place in the unforgettable nature of Cadzand and his magical energizing tranquility! Between classes and during free time you can enjoy the Sea breeze, take a nice walk or explore the nature of the dunes of ‘Het Zwin’.

Retreat highlights:
Morning meditation, chakra meditation + pranayama exercises.
Daily Hatha & Vinyasa yoga.
Evening yoga Antastha & Nidra yoga.
