Minga is guiding a 4 week series caring for the lower body: Creating Foundation. Self Care Essentials: Creating Foundation: Opening and strengthening your body’s foundation, lower back, hips, legs and feet. This therapeutic movement four week series will focus on care of the anatomy, energy and flow of the lower part of the body with a focus on joint health.
