Self Care Saturday
Treat yourself to a day of yoga, great food and good company! To start, you will be lead through a gentle yoga practice. We will break for a light vegetarian lunch catered by Foundation Grounds. After lunch and relaxation, you will return to your mat for a restorative yoga practice flowing right into yoga nidra (guided meditation).

This retreat is open to yogi's of all levels. This event will help you decrease any stress, anxiety or fatigue you are currently experiencing. It will allow you to reconnect with your body and breath on a deep cellular level and reset your nervous system. Enjoy 5 full hours to take care of just yourself and let these practices sink deep within your body, mind and spirit. You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and nourished. I look forward to helping you fully take care of yourself.
Please dress in layers, bring your own yoga mat and a mug/cup for tea and/or water. Water and herbal tea will be provided with lunch.
