Self Care Saturday
Treat yourself to a day of yoga, great food and good company! We begin with gentle yoga practice, break for a light vegetarian lunch, after lunch and relaxation, we will return to our mat for a restorative yoga practice flowing right into yoga nidra (guided meditation). We will end the day with a 5 minute silent meditation.

You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and nourished.
This retreat is open to yogi's of all levels. This event will help you decrease any stress, anxiety or fatigue you are currently experiencing. It will allow you to reconnect with your body and breath on a deep cellular level and reset your nervous system. Enjoy 5 full hours to take care of just yourself and let these practices sink deep within your body, mind and spirit. look forward to helping you fully take care of yourself.

Please dress in layers, bring your own yoga mat, an eye pillow (if you have one or a long sock will do) and a mug/cup for tea and/or water. Water and herbal tea will be provided with lunch.
