Therapeutic Movement Teacher, Lisa Long, teaches Yoga and Pilates in Jacksonville, Florida. As an E-RYT 500, she is highly regarded for her understanding & application of Yoga Therapy and is a Certified Body Balance Yoga® Therapy teacher as well as a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). Her Pilates Comprehensive Certification (Mat, Reformer, Chair, Tower, Arcs/Barrels & Props) adds dimension to her experience. For over 20 years, she has joyfully taught movement to others. In addition to leading group classes and providing private instruction, Lisa also conducts Yoga Therapy Teacher Training, special workshops for students and Continuing Education for fellow teachers.
