Learn to massage yourself with tennis balls, yoga blocks & your own body. Learn techniques for the lower body, hips, gluts, low back, hamstrings, quads, calves & feet.

You will be guided thorough a series of Self Massage Techniques for releasing deep held tension areas, large muscle groups, trigger point work for gluts, hips, hamstrings & calves. You will learn to massage the large muscles groups to release lactic acid and increase blood & lymph flow.
You will also learn Somatic Movements on the ground to release deep held tension patterns and allow the body to re-hydrate the tissues.
