Part I will guide you through a series of Self Massage Techniques using props, tennis balls and your own body. Reach areas of held tension such as the skull, jaw, neck, pecs, the Psoas muscle and upper shoulders, as well as the arms & hands to prevent carpal tunnel and thoracic outlet syndrome.
Kathy will also teach you simple Somatic Release movements you can do at home to release deep held patterns in the body.
