Self-practice weekend for yoga teachers

Slow down, reconnect and be inspired in the company of other teachers and aspirants with four days to deepen your yoga practice, share your teaching methods and gain insight whilst supported by a daily structure to guide you.

With a wholesome vegetarian, gluten, dairy and sugar free diet, to aide mental clarity and calm, re-energising your system.

This is a natural setting to provide undisturbed peace on your path of self-inquiry.

Book: Deposit of £100.00 is required. The final balance of £185.00 is payable by 25th May 2015.

Full Description

A weekend for yoga teachers with busy class schedules seeking time to restore and renew their practice in a retreat setting, without formal classes and an opportunity to connect and explore.

You can take the weekend at your own pace and flow in and out of the structure provided. Everything is optional, with a daily schedule based around meal times to guide you and bring harmony, support and balance to the group.

You can browse through the library, take one of the bikes for a cycle ride, go for a walk or a run in the surrounding countryside. There’s plenty to do if you feel like exploring.

Wholesome, vegetarian, gluten, dairy and sugar free meals are provided using locally sourced, organic produce. Dishes are a combination of Anglo, Indian and French flavours. You can expect a seasonal menu, starting your day with a hearty breakfast. Main meals include wholesome soups, dahls, Asian slaws, a variety of salads, layered root bakes, curries with homemade chutney’s and chipati’s, roasted caramelized Chayote with goats cheese, aubergine melanzane and many more….. with something sweet for afters. Meal times follow Ayurvedic principles for digestion and improved sleep. With brunch and the main meal late afternoon, followed by a light snack late evening. Teas, fruit and snacks are available throughout the day during retreat holidays, so you will not go hungry! Food intolerances can be catered for with prior knowledge.
