Our focus for the weekend will be taking time to take care of yourself and partially figuring out what that is and means to you. My goal is for everyone to leave the retreat feeling revitalized in their health and passions in life. Michelle Dinh's teaching aims to channel people past the physical pose and into the moving meditation that is yoga.

It is time to get selfless and take care of you! Take an extended weekend to adjust and recalibrate your energy, life and practice in the Canadian rainforest of Bowen Island, British Columbia at Nectar Yoga B&B.
We will work on self-care as well as reinvigorating your goals and desires so you are living to your fullest potential. Be prepared to immerse yourself in nature and in self discovery. This weekend is about taking care of you!
Michelle Dinh will lead practices in the mornings and evenings to include; pranayama, meditation, asanas as well as journaling. Our private chef, Natasha Vaz of Vaz Wellness, will be preparing Ayurvedic breakfasts, dinners. Lunches will be your opportunity to explore local cuisine.
Retreat attendees will have the option to sign up for semi-private cooking and wellness lessons with Natasha in the mornings and evenings as part of the retreat. An additional offering of a Ayurvedic Raw Chocolate cooking class using dōTERRA essentials oils will be an additional $35 . Afternoons are yours to enjoy with some of the fabulous offerings of Bowen Island, some ideas listed: hiking, biking, golfing, swimming, massage, spa, exploring Bowen Island and enjoying nature.
