Creating a state of “Yoga” where the imagination is awake & alive, inviting you to new thresholds of possibility and creativity. A warm-hearted practice, (guided skill in action) breathing technique.
Yoga is meant to create mental focus, focus comes from keeping the entire body rhythmically trained on alternating opposing breath patterns (like in seated meditation practice). The yoga postures are meant to teach you meditation, how to use the posture as a vehicle for breath. Breath technology to access the bandhas, how to use the senses to sense the internal states and how to plainly inhabit the body in an integrated an natural way. The entire purpose of yoga is to free ourselves and particularly, to the ability to be creative.
