A comprehensive one year multi-disciplinary yoga teacher training foundation course led by three highly experienced teachers Gingi Lee, Mark Kan and Norman Blair. Held at a thriving London studio, the course will examine all aspects of the science of yoga and offer a rigorous practical focus to teaching.

The Shala School of Yoga offers RYS 200-hour teacher training programmes to a select few students each year. The multi-disciplinary yoga teacher training foundation course will be taught by Gingi Lee, Mark Kan and Norman Blair who have over 50 collective years of teaching experience. Guest teachers on the course include Hamish Hendry, Liz Lark, Kath Roberts and Ben Wolff.
The course is suitable for those who have an established practice and an aspiration to teach yoga, as well as those wishing to enrich and deepen their own personal yoga journey.
This is a comprehensive year long immersion programme held at the Shala in South London, which will examine all aspects of the science of yoga, from the physical to the mental, philosophical and spiritual nature of the practice. A rigorous practical focus will provide students with the opportunity to gain invaluable experience of teaching and assisting community classes at a London studio with continual ongoing assessment and mentoring.
It will be a rewarding, challenging and life-changing journey.
