My good friend Jeffrey Halliday will join me for this series. Jeffrey is the founder of The Wisdom Tree Project, and uses Focusing and Coaching to help people make sustainable improvements to their well-being.

So you have an idea of what Yoga is, but what is Focusing? Focusing is a "perfectly natural" process of ​experiencing one's bodily sense of a problem. Through this combination of a physical practice and what is a modern, directed meditative process you
