Silent Urban Retreat Day
The purpose of the day's practise is to allow you the time and space of practising mauna, verbal silence through the workshop; observe the inner self talk; replace self talk with mantra and gradually develop inner silence, antara mauna.
The workshop is limited to 10 enthusiastic practitioners.

The day commences with upanishad chants, yoga āsana postures with mantra, prāṇāyāma breathing with and without mantra, mudrā gestures for revitalisation and meditation and tantrik meditation to quiet the mind. There is a short refreshment break which is provided for you.
After the tea break you will practise an extended 45 minute Yoga Nidra, relaxation meditation. Please bring your own lunch.
Following the lunch break is yoga and tantra philosophy, written mantra likhit japa in Deva Nagari script and flower hawan meditation. If you have a flower or flowers in your garden please bring some to offer in the flower meditation.
