Silent Yin & Meditation
Join Barbara Pevere on Friday 13th March as she guides you through a restful and meditative yin yoga practice held in complete silence.

Yin Yoga is a slow, mindful practice in which lying and seated poses are passively held for up to 5-7 minutes. Long-held poses help to overcome restrictions in the fascia and other connective tissues, significantly improving range of motion.
This particular class will be taught without words; the participants will follow the teacher Barbara Pevere as she demonstrates the poses, with everyone staying in perfect silence, reducing sensory stimulation to a minimum. The session will end with a long, silent relaxation – making this a wonderful opportunity to turn attention inwards and to learn how to observe in a detached manner both the body and the mind.
