The yoga is open and fitting for every body and every level.
Yoga for me is a journey wich never ends. In every corner and to every time something new is showing up and unfolding it self. That´s great and keeps the practice exciting. It is about opening up new spaces, becoming lighter, filled with a lot of power and happiness. I got inspirations of different traditions and teachers like Sivananda, Angela Farmer, Daniel Odier, Mark Withwell, Iyengar, Yin Yoga,... and also out of the dance, alternativ healing and coaching methods and meditation.

Charakter of the trip: Most of the time we spend outside in the pur nature. Surrounded be wideness an silence. It shows and connects you with simplicity and fullness in once.
In the desert and mountains we walk around 4-5 hours a day or we can ride on our camel, we eat great beduin food prepared on the fire, drink their tea, sit around the fire, sleep in a tent or under the stars. In the beginning and end we stay at the read sea with its stunning reef and the beautiful arabic air.

Feedback: "Best yoga in town!" and "It was the most impressing journey I´ve ever made. ... There you truly come in contact with the essential."
